Commencing today, fans of entrepreneurial icon and best selling author Farrah Gray can order the new Farrah Gray prepaid MasterCard cards called the “goFarr™” cards, which will feature the likeness of Farrah Gray, via the internet (www.gofarr.com) or phone for credit card purchases (1-877-463-2772).
The Farrah Gray prepaid MasterCard® cards are designed to increase financial freedom and financial literacy with a structure that provides cardholders with an easy to use, maximum access, controllable product.
The Farrah Gray prepaid MasterCard® card enables cardholders to prepay or store money as a balance that can be accessed for purchases, bill payments, or ATM cash withdrawals. "When I look at the fact that one-quarter of 18-24-year-olds are 'un-banked' I see that it is also a problem that plagues low-income people of all ages. This card can be an empowering tool that will instill valuable budgeting habits and responsible money management skills," said Gray.
The cards can be used wherever MasterCard® debit cards are accepted, including ATMs; with acceptance at millions of merchant locations worldwide. Cardholders can re-load the cards multiple times at various locations and by different payment types (examples include: check or money order, employer payroll direct deposit, cash, or bank transfers). The cards are prepaid so there are no credit checks, no interest payments and no monthly fee.
Cardholders can monitor where, when and how much they are spending on the card through 24/7 web / phone access to account information and monthly printed statements.
Cardholders are able to increase their financial literacy with financial advice from Farrah during live chats, pod casts, e-mails and discussions of business trends and ideas.
