VDC To Add Varsity TV to Growing Channel Line-Up

Varsity Media Group, Inc. (VMG), the leading multi-media company dedicated to teenagers worldwide, today announced an agreement with VDC Corporation (VDC) which will add Varsity TV to VDCs programming line-up. The partnership between VDC and VMG will enable Varsity TV to be viewed through any Internet connected web browser and illustrates the synergy of new media technology and distribution to define a new era of television.

VMG is dedicated to providing teenagers and young adults worldwide with a variety of media platforms to exchange ideas, post proprietary content, participate in online games, and read about the latest news, trends and events
The agreement combines one of the most innovative cable providers with one of the biggest names in teen-oriented programming. Anyone with an Internet connection will be able to open a web browser on their computer or mobile device and watch the high quality streaming broadcast 24/7 without downloading any additional software.

"The VDC team has built an exciting and powerful media platform that is capable of changing the way we watch television, said Jeff Rothschild, VP of Programming for VDC. Varsity TV advances the goal of VDC by using this technology to reach the teen and young adult demographic that is at the heart of the Internet revolution."

VMG is dedicated to providing teenagers and young adults worldwide with a variety of media platforms to exchange ideas, post proprietary content, participate in online games, and read about the latest news, trends and events," said Todd Stoller, President of VMG. We are excited to partner with VDC which will give our audience the luxury of staying connected to their favorite programming while they are on the go.

Varsity TV will be broadcast at VDC.com, complementing the existing $8.95 subscription line-up of stations including The Sportsmans Channel, Fashion TV, Mav TV, Trace TV, NASA TV, The Pentagon Channel, World Championship Sports Network, AccuWeather Channel, Starfish Television and 30+ other channels.
