Insider Entertainment Launches 'NEXT! A Once A Month Experience' for Talent and Industry Persons in the Mid-Atlantic"

Starting this June, 'NEXT! A Once A Month Experience' will bring together the hottest and trendiest production of talent, disc-jockeying and industry professionals to hit the Mid-Atlantic area in many years. 'NEXT!' is an open comedic, lyric, poetic, rhythmic, and funky experience, scheduled to be held once a month at DC's most exclusive lounges. Press and industry professionals are invited to opening night on June 24th. Artists, comedians and disc jockeys are encouraged to participate per instructions below.

Taking from the energy of the 50s and 60s of Harlem, the 60s and 70s of Chicago's south-side, the talent-laden tradition of the streets of Memphis and New Orleans, and the trend-setting power of Philadelphia, 'NEXT!' is born. Each month, comedian Dawan Owens and Insider Entertainment will bring the latest and hottest funky rhythmic musical and lyrical trends of Urban America. Insider Entertainment is the new and exciting entertainment arm of FLOW Entertainment Group, LLC ('FLOW').

"We wanted to finally combine all the inquiries and contacts received over the years and produce an event that provides local and national exposure, and real connections, for up and coming hot artists and disc jockeys," says Corey Jennings, partner and co-founder of FLOW. "Our interest is in 'real' and 'true' talent. We want to make sure that a connection to the industry is there, that is why we have a once a month format," says Yolanda Hunter, industry professional, talent manager, and special projects administrator for the FLOW Foundation. "After working with many talented persons, it is time we provided a platform that establishes connections for these artists with those already deep into their respective industries," says Dawan Owens, local comedian and strategic market and content manager for FLOW.
