Originally from Berkeley, California, D.C. made his way to L.A. in 1985. After many years soley as a voice over actor, he began landing TV and film jobs. Most recently he has been seen on "ER", "NYPD Blue" and "JAG".
Now, between TV and film jobs, D.C. performs voice over directly from his home studio to production houses around the U.S. and the world, most recently Ireland and the UAE.
