Media Evolutions provides all video content for the Mary J. Blige 2004 “Love and Life” Tour.
Media Evolutions recently completed all Front-end playback, graphical elements, and video segments with Mary J. Blige on her 2004 “Love and Life” Tour. Mary J. Blige needed many graphical elements for her tour and each song required video content that would compliment the artist’s songs.
This project required everything from subtle colors to full-on video edits and shoots. For the full video sequences, Media Evolutions arranged, shot, and edited full-on, “mini-movies”. Media Evolutions used After Effects 6, Combustion 3, 3-D studio Max 6, Avid Adrenaline and Avid Media Composer to produce all of the visual elements. In Turn, all video playback for the show is provided by the “Green” media server (the Green, is a proprietary media server developed by Media Evolutions). Some of the material, for select songs, were taken from recently shot raw footage provided by Mary J. Blige. All songs and video were color matched and synced via lighting direction by John LaBriolla.
Other artists involved on these shoots were 50-Cent and G-Unit.

Other recent Media Evolutions projects include providing all of the content creation, playback, and live video direction through the use of 3-D imaging, 2-D compositing, editing and show control, for the Britney Spears “In the Zone” Tour 2004. This also includes complete production and direction of the video and graphic elements for Justin Timberlake’s “Justified” 2003 tour. In addition, Media Evolutions recently completed full production of Justin Timberlake’s first live performance music video, “Take It from Here” the single from his multi-platinum album “Justified”.
