Art Collection a Glamorous and Lucrative Business
March 25, 2005 -- Carmen J. Day, Los Angeles, California has joined International Galleries Incorporated. IGI procures exclusive rights of established and up and coming artists with themes of still-life, Landscapes, interiors, wildlife, abstract, religious, portraiture, and more by introducing them via internet, to the world marketplace. The artists feature primarily modern and contemporary art. Each work is exclusive to IGI and cannot be purchased elsewhere. Once the limited edition is sold out, that is it. To accommodate every budget, IGI offers a wide range of limited edition reproductions priced from $200.00 to the more expensive prints, called VLE (Very Limited editions) which can be purchased for up to $4,000.00. Historically and traditionally, VLE prints have increased in value only second to originals.
IGI's limited edition reproductions are created through a process called Giclee (gee-clay). It is a high resolution digital print onto the highest quality archival artists' canvas. Giclees are of such phenomenal quality that even some art experts have difficulty telling Giclees from an original. This fact has prompted museums and collectors to substitute Giclees for originals, thereby safeguarding priceless works in vaults. Each limited edition purchased is accompanied by a "Certificate of Authenticity" signed by the actual artist.
Collecting art is fun, can be profitable, and unlike other collectables that don't lend itself to display, art is highly visual. Art is a tangible investment that evokes fond memories that can be savored every time it's viewed; it is a source of ongoing pleasure. IGI has sold over 50 million dollars of art since June 03 by using a referral only business model and have paid out over 25 million dollars in commissions to its members. IGI relies solely on referrals of satisfied art patrons, and those patrons enjoy many benefits as a referring member.
Is there an art boom? "I think so", Carmen J. Day said in a resent interview. She is a private art collector and has long bought art before hearing about IGI. As a mortgage broker, she clearly sees where people are putting their discretionary income, beautifying and repairing their homes, investing in other tangibles such as jewelry, airplanes, luxury cars, boats and art. She believes that art creates a quick profit scenario for many while securing an investment that's appreciable for others.
As a member of IGI, Carmen enjoys the exquisite art and referral cash bonuses she receives just by sharing with others; also she participates in the global profits as IGI continues to expand. "It's very exciting that IGI will be opening 64 other countries in the next two years and is currently opened in Hong Kong and Mexico with the UK soon to follow." She will be going to Dallas in May to the a global art exchange, much like the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, where activity and energy collides as art will be bought, sold and traded in an excitable frenzy.
"This is a great opportunity to collect some beautiful art and make great money...IGI is where art meets opportunity!"
