Bernie, the genius who invented a new use for condoms, announced today that he was sponsoring a worldwide contest to select a signature piece of art like the giant "Pod" at Portland, or Dreaming in Seattle or "Cupid's Span" in San Francisco. This art will be used to promote the Baca Grande (Big Cow) planned community near the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado. "And it should be about 30 feet tall", he said.
